Holiday in Morocco or Tunisia ?

My holiday will start on July, aim not sure shall i go to Morocco or Tunisia (as a 34 years single male aim looking for fun (night life) ,, i need you to tell me what town i have to chosse , shall i stay in hotel or shall i arrange it by myself when i arrive there, haw much money do you think i need for 8 days.
