Why do my testicles hurt?

Okay, so three days ago, my right testicle started hurting. Its not a full blown pain, but a sort of irritating uncomfortable feeling. I did some research on it. It is not testicular torsion because i was not in severe pain of any kind. The symptoms that i have is slight pain in both testicles now, and some times pain in lower belly. However, there is no redness, no swelling, no bumps, they do not feel hot,and no shortness of breath. That irritating feeling was in and out. But now its almost like its always there. Not affecting me in an way where i cant walk or do normal activities. Its like i have a feeling of blue (the case where you do not after significant arousal) all the time, yet they do not hurt when i touch them. Its almost like the feeling is above the testicles. I am currently on vacation, will this feeling go away? Or do i need to see a doctor? Or can i wait a couple days? Please give feedback soon! Thanks!!
