You can work triceps on the same day as biceps or when your doing your back. I would not work them out more than twice a week, biceps you can do up to 3x a week. You might want to really focus on tris because they make up 2/3 your arm, biceps are only 1/3. Look up tricep workouts online, but try to do a lot of dips and skullcrushers.
