Is it legal to point a gun at someone in your own home?

No and Hell no you pull a gun only if your life is threatened you Point it without using it your going to jail, for brandishing a weapon and if you were drinking your done your gun rights are gone forever and you may get convicted of a felony. The only time you pull a gun and point it is when you are going to shoot, if they do not have a weapon you WILL go to Jail. end of story. The law states that if you are threatened and fear for your life you can't shoot unless you see a weapon knife gun or Steel Bar and they are running at you and have reached 27 feet from you then you can shoot but to do it in any other way makes you the criminal. Gun offense is serious so never point one unless you aim to use it. If the guy you aimed it at had a concealed weapon and was faster than you he could have shot you in self defense he two saw a weapon so he has the right for self preservation And the argument is which one of you is dead. You also invited him into your home so they could say you lured him in to murder him. Never ever point a gun unless your ready to take a life and are willing to go to prison for it.
