What should I do with this rescued kitten?

Give the kitten time to get used to you, Just try patting or calling the kitten just so it gets used to the sound of your voice. If it starts to get a bit used to you then it should start to eat some of the food you give it. If you want the kitten as a pet i recommend you take it to the vet.. just to get it checked out and to get its shots if it needs them.
