Help.. a Question about Coenzyme Q10 (coq10)?

I am uming that if you have this mitochondrial disorder, your body cannot produce the enzyme... just like if you have diabetes your body does not produce insulin. All i know about coq10 is that is good for the heart. This drug is fairly new and still being studied.
