How much would this tattoo cost? ?

I am thinking about getting my first tattoo. I want it somewhere on my front hip and it would say "te quiero" or "amor y paz" or i know something in spanish for sure. I would want it to be rather small... maybe 2 inch by 1/2 inch.... and in black. how much would this typically cost??? i have been looking at tattoo artist websites that are nearby and none have a general cost guide or anything. thank you.
