I am going to Madrid, Paris, Venice, Rome and Athens. Do you have any suggestions of great things to see?

I know all of the important things to see (Eiffel Tower, Colosseum, Acropolis....) things of that nature. I am just trying to get opinions from people who may have been to these countries and remember places they have been and loved. Thank you for your advice!! : )
