I have a Dominican Rep, pport, and i want to go to Ecuador. Can I, and/or How Can i make this possible?

Ok, I am a Resident of the U.S, i have a Dominican Pport. I want to travel to Ecuador this December. Can i travel with my Dominican Pport? What do I have to do? Do I have to get a tourist card or something? Please HElP
