Is it okay for Sunnis to distrust Hadiths narrated by Abu Huraira?

Almost everything reported by Abu Huraira can be safely put aside. In fact everything repoerted by him should be discarded. Abu Huraira, Ghazali and Mohammad ibn Abdul Wahab easily make up the top ten people who tried to damage Islam. All three of them are confirmed bed fellows of the emperor.
