My ring doesn't fit :(?

My fiancee and I have had so much fun *sarcasm* trying to get my ring the right size. They told us from the beginning that because of the pave style band, I would need a size 4 with beads to make it fit my size 3.5 finger. Well! The ring comes in... no beads... and they say it is a 3.75. Well we have to wait to make the final payment before we can send it off to be resized at THEIR jeweler and they will be able to get it down to a 3.5 without beads (we went to Helzberg) WELL! when we come back again to try it on they tell us the ring is a 4, not a 3.75 and that I need a size 3.25 not a 3.5 and it WILL requires beads. Okay. All this time they make it seem like no matter what size I am, they will be able to adjust the ring so it will fit. My fiancee picked up the ring last week and lo and behold it doesn't fit! It slides in the cool, and grips in the heat, but it is never snug because it isn't a complete band, just two beads that are supposed to keep the ring on my finger. All they do is dig in to the underneath at two points and BARELY keep the ring from doing anything other than turning. So I'm not sure what to do. I am not a very small person, but my fingers are probably the smallest they have seen... uhm, yeah, actually, I'm sure they said they only had one other person order a size 4. Greattt... advice?!
