Phonetic Korean translation help --does "iddy wah mosh kosh" mean "come here quickly"?

....or can you tell me what 'iddy wah mosh kosh' means? My father-in-law used to say this to his kids when they were small. He was told it meant to "come here quickly" in Korean. Please correct my phonetic spelling if necessary. Thank you so much for any help you can offer!
