Rate my sychro deck? yugioh?

Random as hell, doesn't follow the Traditional or Advanced banlist(fail), you have cards that dont even exist yet (Slifer), this deck is just terrible. Throwing a bunch of tuners in a crappy deck doesn't make it good.
