Seniors, do you think it's time for programs like FDR's CDC?

nobody seems to know how to handle the world economy now as it is too large and unpredictable. I'm not too sure about the use of the word 'seniors' and I do very definitely feel that alot of the problem in some countries is people's inability or unwillingenss to discipline themselves. We have to face the fact that some races are basically backward or at least in an earlier state of development than we are - look at our medieval wars in europe in the middle ages.
