What illness might I have?

I have been coughing up yellow mucus at least 25 times a day, sometimes more, and very large amounts of mucus come up. I'm on IB 800 right now, but when I'm not, the left side of my throat hurts just under my jaw on the inside and i can feel some swelling, a possible enlarged m (lymph node, salivary gland, thryoid, no idea?), and also my lungs hurt when I cough. I have really bad aches and pains shortly after getting up in the morning that get horribly worse when I sit or stand for extended periods of time. I get very random, but very frequent chills (not a shiver, but like a wave of tingling that quickly goes throughout the body), I have not experiences any vomiting, congestion, or headaches. I randomly feel slightly faint and my head will occionally throb once or twice every 15 or so minutes. Any ideas? Family history: hypertension, diabetes (type 2), hypothyroidism, no cancer, heart disease, grown up around smoking, i used to have asthma (my mom decided i grew out of it and stopped filling my inhaler). Any ideas what might be wrong with me?
