How much does it cost to live in Seoul,Korea n the cheapest apartment?Is it really dangerous to live in Korea?

It may costs 500~800$ a month, including renting fee..... And the renting fee usually depends on how many appliances does it have or how recently has the building been built..... and its range would be from 300$ to 600$... in usual cases... But there remains a possibility that you save a bit... btw... I think Seoul is the safest place to live in the world... I'm pretty sure about it because I'm living in Seoul and have been some places outside Korea... I usually go around even alone, but I haven't met any criminals...
